š¤Avoid sweat: Please remove jewellery when exercising or any other demanding physical work as sweating causes jewellery to tarnish quicker.
š¤Avoid Cosmetics:Perfumes or cosmetics should be applied before you put on your jewellery.
š¤Our jewellery should be stored in their original pouches or the plastic packageing they arrived in. They should be placed a dry cool place.

Can I track my parcel?
All our deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail, Next Day Delivery - UK & International tracked and signed. If you would like to track your order, you can do so by going on the Royal Mail Wes site and inputting your tracking info that we had emailed you. If you would require further information please donāt hesitate to email/ live chat us.
What do I do if my order hasnāt arrived yet ?
Once we have dispatched your order would email you the the tracking info. If you still havenāt received the package please email us .
What if I change my mind about my order ?
If you would like to return or exchange your order please email us with the following information: your name , order number , reason for returning / exchanging the item. All returns/exchange should be returned in their original packaging. Please note that we do not except returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless they are faulty )
What if I have received a wrong item or an item is missing from my order ?

Due to sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.
Shipping
Fast shipping
At Amelia Rose we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay we will let you know. All orders will be shipped in our luxury packaging.
Order tracking
All our Deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail signed and tracked. If you would like to track your order please go on the Royal Mail website and enter your tracking info.
Custom & Duties
Due to Brexit , unfortunately there will now be customs fees for all orders outside the UK, we are working on ways to reduce the cost for our customers.
Exchanges and Returns
We offer refunds and exchanges as lon as they are within 30 days of the original date of purchase and meet the criteria of the item being returned.
Items that are not eligible for returns are :
-Earring and huggies
- Individual products if they were purchased as a set. If you would like a refund you would have to return the entire set.
Refund and exchanges are usually processed within 10 - 14 buisness days of us (Amelia Rose ). Refund will always be processed with the original payment method.
All returns must me meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:
-Unworn
- No signs of wear or tear (Damaged)
- In itās original packaging
